It takes a deep dive into some of the most important voices who opposed the ratification of the Constitution, including George Mason, Cato, The Pennsylvania Dissent, Elbridge Gerry, and Luther Martin. Martin, in particular, looms so large in this debate that he’ll have multiple chapters dedicated to his arguments – his work alone could almost be a book of its own.
