Getting Your Foot in the Door

Sometimes we get pushback for supporting bills that are limited in scope, or that have a lot of state-level regulation. People will say, “Why are you even bothering? It doesn’t do anything,” or, “I’m not going to support a bill that has state regulation. We need the government out completely!”

Well, that might be. But we have to look at the bigger picture. Sometimes, you just have to get your foot in the door.
